Mac users: fix for Safari

We have worked with the publishes to solve the Safari problem that we were having here.

You can now go back to Safari's native PDF viewer. Here's an easy way to disable Acrobat without uninstalling it:

1. Go to the Finder
2. In the menu bar, choose Go > Go to Folder...
3. In the text field that appears, type /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/
4. If you don't already have one, make a new folder called Disabled Plug-Ins inside that folder
5. Drag the file AdobePDFViewer.plugin to Disabled Plug-Ins
6. Quit and relaunch Safari

If you want to start using Acrobat again, just drag AdobePDFViewer.plugin out of Disabled Plug-Ins and back into /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/.

The publisher was really sorry about this, but they did resolve the problem quickly and we are grateful for their prompt actions.
