Support for Firefox 3 on OSX and Linux

With the recent release of Firefox 3, and the OS X inline PDF plugin, you can now use Pubget with Firefox on the Mac. Simply update to Firefox 3 and install the plugin.
We have also tested the Adobe and Evince PDF viewer on Ubuntu Linux.
